We need Volunteers!

For 100 years, our faithful congregation has hosted an annual Turkey Supper.  It could not have gone on this long without everyone coming together to help.  This year, we want to celebrate this accomplishment, but we need your help.

We need people to cook the turkeys.  While this is a need every year, it would be extremely helpful to have our sign-up sheet filled now so we are able to plan better. **Please mark your names on your roaster if you are bringing and leaving it.  This helps us tremendously to make sure you get your roaster back in a timely manner.

We need desserts.  Please sign up on the sheet and tell us what you plan on bringing.

We NEED workers.  We start October 30th and work until after the Supper is over. Whether you can help for an hour, all week, or help during the Supper, you are needed!  If a lot of us do a little bit, it will help those working all week enormously.

We need raffle baskets.  The goal this year is 100 baskets for 100 years. We would like to try something a little different.  We still want people to do the baskets.  If you don’t normally do a basket or have no interest in doing a basket, we ask that you consider making a donation toward the purchase of an item or basket.  We would like to buy some more expensive prizes this year, so a donation would be greatly appreciated. Please make sure to designate your donation specifically to the raffle basket purchases so it is allocated appropriately.

If you are interested in helping in any way with the Turkey Supper, please sign up on the sign-up sheets and/or contact Shirley Koehn at (708) 254-2694.  Thank you!
